Independent implementation reviews
Request authors submit their proposal for human review. An independent FINE NINE Owner/Admin, or a trusted employee explicitly granted Reviewer permission for the same project, may approve or reject permission to begin development. Release approvals, GitHub merges, migrations, marketing, payments and production deployments remain disabled.
Important: Reviewer decisions require a real, independently authorized human. An organization-owned login cannot act as an independent reviewer.

Only authorized FINE NINE employees may approve, reject, or authorize Lash Moi marketing campaigns. Lash Moi owners and managers may submit and track requests for their authorized salons, but cannot approve them through Lash Moi roles. This inbox cannot approve, publish, send notifications, change plans, or charge customers. An independently audited employee-only decision service is still required.

- 2 · Approve scopeAnother verified human company reviewer approves or rejects development work. This review cannot authorize a deployment.
- 3 · ImplementAn authorized employee or agent prepares a separate GitHub branch and draft pull request. Automated CI and independent code review follow.
- 4 · ReleaseNot yet enabled. A separate protected release gate will validate the exact reviewed commit, independent approval, audit and rollback.
FINE NINE stores read-only GitHub activity and supports independent implementation review. Automatic GitHub sync requires a server-side GitHub App. AI agent execution, PR automation, release approvals and production deployments remain disabled. Your Lash Moi app role is unchanged.
